Because of her keen interest in communicating any organization’s marketplace value and initiatives to its various audiences, Erin created a method through which to extract key information that identifies lagging areas in technology, process, management styles, and/or gaps in expectations. Using a collaborative approach, she has helped companies small and large solve underlying business problems; the result is a healthy eco-system where the staff is engaged, motivated and included, customers are more loyal to corporate brands, and, financials improve.

Prior to cofounding Lubien-Feinleib Intelligent Consulting, Erin was a consultant in marketing and communications, sharing her methodology with The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. She was the manager of the 2015 Bell Ringer awards season for the Publicity Club of New England, and had served as a company spokesperson, project/program and events manager, and communications guru for BNY Mellon, The TJX Companies, PTC, and Brooktrout.
